When you see "Label Created," it typically means your order is in the "pre-shipment" stage.
This could indicate a couple of things:
- Your order is packed and ready for shipment, but the carrier has not yet picked it up from the fulfillment center.
- The carrier has picked up your package but hasn't scanned it into their system yet.
If the status hasn't updated after 7 days, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for an update.
